Movy is a consultancy based in Tychy, Poland, that helps owners of IT companies grow their business: we design growth strategies, run operational transformation (process audit, operational strategies, management dashboard) and develop leadership skills. We work across Poland and remotely, with companies from a dozen to several hundred people.
